Payroll Outsourcing allows the client to focus on their core business by having HRPT administer and manage the payroll function. The system ensures that you are legislatively compliant. It offers you a trustworthy source of information to prevent salary and wage tampering. The service provides complete payroll administration from data capturing to pay-slip generation, SARS and Department of Labour reporting, as well as management reporting.

HRPT’s Payroll Outsourcing Process

Our payroll administration team will review the company’s existing payroll polices and processes. This evaluation will be used by HRPT to tailor an outsourcing solution for you. Essentially, it will entail:

• Submission of payroll data, including hours worked and leave information, by client.
• The payroll is processed by HRPT. Statutory deductions, such as PAYE, UIF and SDL   (EMP201) are computed, as well as specific deductions, such as Bargaining Council  levies,   and the like.
• Reports are generated for authorisation of payroll by client.
• Payslips are generated and couriered or emailed to client.
• ACB/EFT bank files are generated and emailed to client for upload to their banking  system.
• Month-end reporting for SARS, UIF, Bargaining Councils and third party payments.
• Electronic submission of files to the Department of Labour for UIF declaration and  Industrial   Councils reporting.
